Olivia N. Much better workmanship. The stitching on the outside is fine, but an inner seam was left unfinished. I sewed it myself and it's OK, and customer service gave me compensation. I really love the color and the feel of this bag, it's thick and really pretty.

Tess V. The strap quality is terrible, loose threads in lots of places, it doesn't feel quality at all.

Celia D. On April 4 they said they'd resend a strap. On April 9 they'd forgotten and said they'd chase it. On April 13 I asked again and got the same answer. Still nothing today, April 19. If you don't intend to send it, just say so. Why string me along? Had you told me you wouldn't resend it, I'd have returned it right away. Honestly my worst shopping experience ever.
