Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Import duties, where applicable, are set by your country and paid on delivery.
Can I return my bag?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Returns & Refunds.
Is it real leather?
Only when the product page says so. Each listing states the material as described by the maker.
Who makes the bags?
Independent designers and workshops, selected one by one by Maison Lakdar. When a maker's name appears on the bag, it appears in the product title too.
Are the photos accurate?
Our gallery images are styled for consistency; detail shots show the actual construction and hardware. Slight color differences between screens are normal.
Where are the reviews from?
Some reviews were imported from the original maker's store and are clearly labelled as such.
