I love this bag. The color is soft and muted, easy on the eyes and not flashy, and the leather is soft. When it first arrived it had a small crease. I'd already cut off the tags and told the seller, and customer service immediately agreed to an exchange. I was amazed: she even went to the warehouse to pick the best one for me. Thank you so much! There's plenty of room: car keys, tissues, cushion compact, lipstick, phone and mirror all fit. Love it!
Such a pretty bag, and it holds a lot.
Looks just like the photos, but it's really hard to open and close. You can't open it with one hand, and to close it you need both hands and have to watch the clasp. Getting things out is a real hassle. Pretty but not practical. A hidden snap would work much better. And the strap keeps twisting.
Nice design, really happy overall, beautiful packaging. Great all round.
